Mrs. Midyett is survived by her husband, Lawrence Midyett; son, Dennis(Donna) Dickens, Mark (Joanna) Dickens, Nick (Deborah) Midyett; grandsons, Christopher Dickens and Brandon Thomas Midyett.
A celebration of life will be conducted 12:00 Saturday, January 2, 2016 in the chapel of Forest Lawn with Harry Middleton officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
