Maxine Was born on February 3rd, 1928, in Choctaw County, Mississippi. She passed on June 21st, 2025. She graduated from French Camp Academy in French camp, Mississippi. Later, she met and married Mr. Kenneth Lee Strickler in Memphis in 1950. She was an avid gardener and loved flowers of all kinds. She also spent her time painting many beautiful works of art. Her work life lead her to work for the Tennessee Bar association for 25 years.
She is survived by her children, Kenneth Lee Strickler Jr, Gary Frank Strickler, Elaina Strickler Consiglio; Grandchildren, Brian Lee Strickler, Charles Consiglio Jr, Daniel Lee Consiglio, Leah Catherine Consiglio; and great grandchildren- Riley, Jax, Bella, Abe, Arlo, and Carter.
Visitation will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home on June 26, 2025, from 4-8pm and again on June 27, 2025, from 11-12pm. Funeral Services will be at 12pm on June 27, 2025, with burial to follow.
