Opha M. Ellis, born on Tuesday, December 24, 1940, in Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2025, in Goodlettsville, Tennessee at the age of 85 and is preceded in death by her husband, Herrell Craig Ellis, II; parents, Houston and Amelia Larkin McPherson.
Opha was a resident of Goodlettsville, Tennessee and is survived by her son, Herrell Craig Ellis, III and wife Debbi; daughter, Melissa Louise Ellis Griffin and husband, Tommy; grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Ellis Blacklidge and husband Jacob, Kaitlynn Marie Ellis Vines and husband Andrew, Allison Elizabeth Griffin, Emily Griffin Merlin and husband Noah; great-grandchildren, Luke Ellis Blacklidge and Edra Wyatt Blacklidge.
A graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in the Garden of Our Savior..
