She is survived by her brothers Jim and Michael Elmore; nieces Kellye and Elaina Woodard and by numerous other nieces and nephews.
Patty was a beautician all her life, she was a free spirit who was loved by all.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, July 22, 2013 at 10:00 in the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Ray Elder officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
