Robert Flansburg

Robert was born August 17, 1933 in Portland, New York to the late Phillip and Margreat (Lamb) Flansburg.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of fifty-five years, Wanda Jane Flansburg; son, Roger Collins; grandson, Jeffery Flansburg; great granddaughter, Marie.

Mr. Flansburg served his country in the United States Army and retired from there. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was an avid sports fan.

He is survived by his daughters, Margreat Ayco, Linda Westen, and Lisa Harper; sons, David Collins (Cindy), Charles Flansburg (Marites), Edward Flansburg (Jean), John Flansburg (April), and Michael Flansburg (Christy); twenty-six grandchildren; forty-seven great grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren.

A visitation for Robert will be held Sunday, March 27, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Eastland Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 904 Gallatin Road, Nashville, TN 37206. A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, 7931 McCrory Ln., Nashville, TN 37221.
