Ronnie Carl Carter, 71, went home to Jesus on Friday, January 13, 2017. Born Tuesday, October 16, 1945 in Granville, Tennessee and is preceded in death by parents Eugene Carl Carter and Virginia Nell Stout Carter and sister, Brenda Joyce Alexander. He was a United States Veteran and retired mail carrier at Brentwood Post Office.
He is survived by his son, Bryan Carter and wife Jaclyn; daughter Melissa King and husband Kevin; five grandchildren, Elyssia and Dalton Sego, Keaton, Hudson and Elliston Carter: great grandchildren, Adaline and Annabell Sego; sister, Nelda Tully and husband Tommy; brother-in-law, Michael Alexander; nephews Michael Alexander and Dewey Tully; nieces, Jennifer Tunnel and Emily Alexander.
A memorial service and celebration of Ronnie's life will be held on Sunday, January 22 from 2-6pm at 1017 Maxwell Ave., Nashville, Tennessee 37206.
