Sarah T. Norris, age 88, passed away in Chattanooga, TN, Saturday, December 19, 2015. She was born Sunday, July 3, 1927 in Sumner County and preceded in death by her parents, James and Erma Kitchen Thornton; husband, George Norris and grandson Karry Norris.
A retired office manager with Prudential Insurance, Mrs. Norris is survived by her sons, Mark (Michelle) Norris and Randall (Leigh-Ann) Norris; brothers, James (Mary Lee) Thornton, Billy (Joyce) Thornton; sister, Betty (Bobby) Harper,; grandchildren, Seth (Jill) Norris, Summer (Robert) Durgin, Kasey Norris, Emily Norris David Levine, Danielle Cea and Zack Cea; great-grandchildren, Eva, Oliver, Robbie, Kaitlin, Braxton, Ebony and Riley.
A celebration of life will be conducted 10:00 Wednesday, December 23, 2015 in the chapel of Forest Lawn with Bro. Ron Becton and Bro. Billy Shoulders officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
