Sheila Patrick, age 64, passed away Friday, August 24, 2018. She was born in Nashville, Tennessee July 24, 1954 and is preceded in death by her father, William Henry Townsend and son, Shawn Lee Patrick.
Sheila is survived by her husband, Elmer "Elmo" Patrick, son, Jimmy Phillips; mother, June Townsend; grandchildren, Destiny Patrick, Abigail Vaughn, Jasmine Vaughn, Lee Patrick, Michael Patrick, Shawn Patrick, Nevaeh Mealer, Justin Mealer, Patrick Mealer, Paula Phillips; great-grandchildren, Rose Phillips, Skylar Rimes; bothers, Tony Townsend, Eddie Townsend, Gary Townsend; sisters, Vickie Townsend, Mollie Townsend, Beverly Townsend, Elizabeth Townsend.
Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 Wednesday, August 29, 2018 in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will gather to remember Sheila at a visitation Wednesday from 12:00 until the 2:00 service.
