Born in Columbus, Mississippi, Troy is preceded in death by his parents Edgar and Annie Katherine Glover; grandparents Peggy and Charlie Hamer, William and Cora Lee Thomas.
He is survived by his fiancé, Katherine Renee Comeaux; his son Alijiah Dumas and daughter Malia Eatherly; nieces and nephews Fabian, Kennedy and others; sisters Sherron Haymer, Sarah Forrest; brothers Corey Glover, Alphonso Glover, Tallie Glover, Fabrian Glover, James Adell; four aunts and many other beloved extended family members and dear friends.
Troy worked as a security manager, operating mainly in the restaurant industry. He loved to make people laugh and was kind-hearted. You could find him on his days off rebuilding vehicles (jeeps), playing video games, taking his daughter shopping or watching football. He had a love for football; as he played both college and arena football in his younger years.
Troy was definitely outgoing and the center of attention in any room. His family remembers him as being amazing, loving and a protector. He loved and protected anyone that was in his life. He will be dearly missed, but live on in our hearts forever.
Cremation was chosen and a memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, August 6th from 12pm – 2pm with a Celebration of Life and Memory Share to begin at 2pm, all at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 1150 S. Dickerson Pike Rd., Goodlettsville, TN.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.ForestLawnFuneral-Goodlettsville.com for the Glover family.
