After holding various jobs, Billy was employed at the DuPont plant in Old Hickory for nearly 23 years. Leaving in the mid 1980s to enjoy an early retirement, he lived in Goodlettsville for 30+ years, then Hendersonville for a decade, and finally in Gallatin.
Billy is preceded in death by his parents, Odie Henderson and Dorothy Burnette, as well as his daughter, Kristina Good. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Sandra Good. He is also survived by their son Steven Good, his wife Jennifer Dodson-Good, and grandson Alexander Dodson.
Visitation with the family will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Thursday May 25th, 2023 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 Dickerson Road in Goodlettsville, with a graveside service to follow immediately afterward.
