Survived by his devoted wife Fay, Mr. Smith is preceded in death by his parents Burcie and William R. Smith, Sr.
A visitation will be held Monday, April 3rd, 2023 from 12:30pm until 2:00pm, with a Chapel service to begin at 2:00pm and Interment to follow, all at Forest Lawn Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 1150 South Dickerson Road, Goodlettsville, TN 37072.
