

Christina had a fulfilling career as a case worker in the field of behavioral health and held a degree in criminal justice. Her life was enriched by her experiences growing up in a military family, which involved moving frequently.
Christina was deeply involved in her community, particularly through her participation in the choir at Avondale Baptist Church. She was passionate about music and loved singing, often enjoying karaoke. She spent time with her family playing card and board games. Her love for reading and her grandchildren brought her immense joy.
An animal lover at heart, Christina maintained a mini farm and cherished her dog. Her legacy is one of warmth, community involvement, and a deep appreciation for family and the simple pleasures of life.
She is preceded in death by her father Henry Galvan and her brother JR Galvan.
She is survived by her husband, Joe Dolney, her mother Guadalupe Galvan, her children Pete Lucero III, Reyna Lucero, Reynaldo Lucero and Armando Lucero, and her brother Ron Marrujo. Also left to mourn are her step daughters Autumn Dolney, Sienna Dolney and Harlynn Irvine and her four grandchildren.
Christina will be remembered for her vibrant spirit and the love she shared with all who knew her.
A visitation will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Avondale Baptist Church, located at 1001 N Central Avenue, Avondale, Arizona.
Her funeral service will follow at the same location at 11:00 AM.
A graveside committal service is scheduled for 12:30 PM at Holy Cross Cemetery, 9925 W Thomas Road, Avondale, Arizona.
