Karl moved to Phoenix in 1951. He attended West Phoenix High School. He was also a long time NBRSA Match Director of Sahuaro 1,000 yd Range in Tucson, Arizona.
Mr. Hunstiger is survived by his sister, Mary Bryant, grandchildren Ryan Keithahn and Jeremy Keithahn, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Helen Hunstiger, brother, Joe E. Hunstiger, and his daughter, Chrys Keithahn.
