Melvin Edward Manning, Beloved Husband, Brother, and Friend. was born in Phoenix May 6th, 1958, and graduated from Agua Fria H.S. in 1976 and continued at University of Arizona and completed his Agricultural Engineer B.S.
Melvin passed away peacefully with friends and family present, on September 27, 2025.
Melvin is survived by his wife Dianna and his two brothers Robert and Charles Manning.
Mel worked for JI Case 8.5 years and City of Phoenix Public Works Equipment Management from October 1992 to July 2015 (Retired) as an Information Technology Analyst Programmer.
“Mel was an avid Hunter, Fisherman, and Camper, his entire life. We know he has found his final fishing hole in the sky and is hunting in eternal fields, and for that, we are grateful. May his spirit roam wild and free.”
My Hunny Bunny, who was what I called him, had so many people that loved him. I will never be ready to say goodbye to my precious Melvin, but it sure makes it a little easier knowing how much he was loved. I love you My Mel Dianna Manning.
