Roberta Lyn Waring

Roberta Lyn Waring (nee Clements), age 72, of La Mirada, California and resident of Goodyear, Arizona, passed away peacefully on February 28th, 2026 with her husband, Dan Waring by her side. She was born in Los Angeles on May 31, 1953 to Gerald and Mardell Clements, and she is survived by her husband, her three siblings Roger Clements, Thomas Clements, Janice Clements, and by her two children Brett Waring and Cristy Waring.

Roberta was the light that united her family, and she loved being a grandmother more than anything. Her grandchildren, Tristan, Alexis, Gabriella, Addison, and Evan were her entire world. Roberta dedicated her entire life to making sure that everyone felt loved and safe, and she lived to make everyone she met happy. She was a friend to all and made the world a better place. Some of Roberta’s favorite things were traveling, golfing, sitting on the beach, going to Disneyland, binging the Godfather Trilogy, sipping a Starbucks, and simply being surrounded by family. She will be loved and missed by all, but we all know that she is watching and protecting us as our guardian angel in heaven.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Dan and Roberta's Home, 17968 W. Lavender Lane, Goodyear, Arizona 85338, on March 7, 2026, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
