Sandra was an amazing mother and grandmother. She was a caring person who wouldn’t think twice of helping someone.
Sandra is survived by her daughter, Tamara Lee Francis, sons, Todd Sumners, and Scott Sumners, daughter-in-law Michelle Schilling, son-in-law Rohan Francis, sister Lorraine Kozlowski, brother-in-law Joe Kozlowski, and grandchildren, Kenneth Demings and Isaiah Francis. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leona and Joseph Busch and granddaughter Briana Francis.
