

She married Nelson Matos on June 3, 2005.
Amada worked for Rollins Elementary School in the cafeteria.
She was a member of La Ultima Cosecha (Pastor Jaime Santiago) and had a passion for reading, flowers, church activities, loved children and often babysat them.
Amada is survived by her children, Victor Manuel Acosta, Blanca Iris Vizcarrondo, Hector Luis Acosta and Maria Luisa Somerlot; her son in laws and daughter in law, Roberto Vizcarrondo, Mike Somerlot and Nilda Concepcion; her grandchildren, Kristina I. Acosta, Jonathan L. Acosta, Nathan A. Vizcarrondo, Jessica I. Vizcarrondo, Alexis M. Coffey and Cynthia L. Lake and her great grandchild, Maelynn Hope Coffey;
She was preceded in death by her husband, Nelson Matos and her siblings, Leovigilda Alvarez Ortiz, Crucita Alvarez Ortiz, Clara Alvarez Ortiz, Jaime Alvarez Ortiz, Hector Alvarez Ortiz, Eugenia Alvarez Ortiz, Radames Alvarez Ortiz, Amada Ramos Ortiz, Ana Ramos Ortiz, and Eledina Ramos Ortiz.
Visitation will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734, US, on March 21, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will take place at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734, US, on March 21, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
