Bich Ngoc Thi "Nancy" Phan, 52, of Oviedo, Florida passed away on June 10, 2015. Nancy was born on December 21, 1962 in Saigon, Vietnam to the late Son Ngoc Pham and Thuoc Thi-Hoang Nguyen. She enjoyed shopping, cooking and traveling with her family. Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Chuan "Michael" Phan; sons, Bao and Donald Phan; daughters, Caroline and Alicia Phan; brother, Vinh Pham and sister, Suong Pham.
