Capil Deo Narine, 50, of Windermere, Florida passed away on January 6, 2012 in Clermont, Florida. Capil was born on August 7, 1961 in Georgetown, Guyana to the late Ghanes and Camtaida (Raghubir) Narine. Capil was a man of many talents, who accomplished his life long goal of owning his own restaurant. Capil is survived by his wife Randi; daughters, Erica, Alyssa and Melanie Narine; son-in-law, Dave Ramowad; grandson, Jayden; brother, Ongkar Narine and five other brothers and 3 sisters.
