

On May 24, 2024, Dr. Carl W. Neidhart passed away to be with his Wonderful Counsellor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. He was the son of deceased father, Edward A. Neidhart and deceased mother, Opal May Neidhart.
He was born on March 28, 1954, St. Louis, Missouri. After graduating from Ste. Genevieve High School, class of 1972, Saint Genevieve, Missouri, he went on to study at the University of Central Florida, where he received a doctorate in Education and a doctorate in Psychology. While at UCF, he was Senator and Chairman of The Year 1985-1986 UCF Student Government; and he received Perfect Attendance Award 18th Student Senate. In spring 1987, for excellence in Performance of The Delta Tau Pledge Class, he received THE STAR PLEDGE Award. In 1986-1987, a.k.a. "Dr. Carl" was elected to WHO's WHO among students in American Universities and Colleges in recognition of outstanding merit and accomplishment as a student at UCF. In 1990, "Dr. Carl" was an Adjunct Instructor Computer Science Dept. UCF.
Dr. Neidhart was a strong advocate for the handicapped and disabled population. As Committee Man, Precinct #225, Orange County, he was honored for his excellence, and his understanding and commitment to his work with the handicap 1996-2001.
"Dr. Carl" was a creative and original man who had a profound faith in Jesus Christ, a positive outlook on life, a great sense of humor, and a winning smile. He enjoyed traveling, and as a Chef, cooking wonderful, delectable dishes.
He is survived by his Caregiver Majordomo of twenty-four years, best friend, and brother in Jesus Christ, Thomas Stocks "Sparky" of Orlando, Florida and his dear faithful friend, Monica Peterson of Apopka, Florida.
In closing, his epitaph reads:
"I saw greatness above; and thought I would join the fun."
