Carole L. Riddick, 76, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Friday, October 9, 2015. She was born on February 10, 1939 in Dillon, South Carolina to the late Hezekiah and Ruby (Harley) Bethea. Carole graduated High School at age 16 then worked at the phone company before marrying William Riddick. She then worked in a drug halfway house in Brooklyn before becoming a Corrections Officer at the Bedford Hills Prison for Women where she retired. She is preceded in death by both her mother and father; her daughter, Theresa Riddick and sister, Priscilla Tolliver. Survivors include her daughter, Yvonne Williams, and son, Kevin Riddick; brother, Walter Lake; sisters, Gloria Bethea and Glynis Lake; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
