Catalina "Caty" Arribas

Catalina "Caty" Arribas was born October 28, 1963, passed away July 9, 2014 at home surrounded by her family. Caty is survived by her husband Alfonso and daughter Gabi; step-sons Rudy, Tom, and Alex Arribas; mother Josefina Rodriguez; brothers, Rafael and Juan Carlos; sisters Terina, Carol, and Finita and numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family. Caty grew up in Spain and California and later met and married her husband of 20 years in Orlando. The couple resided in Windermere where they enjoyed a wonderful life encircled by family and cherished friends. A beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, Caty lit up our world with her adventurous zest for life, her endless devotion to all whom she loved, and especially her spirit of grace. Caty was a faithful disciple of Christ and a dedicated member of the Holy Family parish. Our world is a little darker without her near, but heaven rejoices over her arrival. A Funeral Mass celebrating Caty's life will be held 11:00 am on Monday, July 14, 2014 at the Holy Family Catholic Church-Daily Chapel, 5125 South Apopka Vineland Rd, Orlando, FL. A viewing is scheduled for 6:00 pm-8:00 pm on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at the Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Rd, Gotha, FL.
