

He was athletic and did especially well in High School, was a member of the Police Athletic League (PAL) where he learned to box and play basketball. Served in the United States Navy and had a career as chief of Medical Media Department at both Lake City and Orlando VA Med Centers.
David's hobbies included woodworking fishing, handyman and photography and digital imaging.
David is survived by his wife, Carmen Cardona, whom he married on January 25, 1986; his son, David Reich, Jr and his wife, Lisandra Delgado; and his daughter, Farrah Reich and her husband, Bryan Lee Vazquez; grandchildren, Michael, Kevin, Lyanette, Adianet Reich and Emily and Alejandro Lee; his mother and step father, Lydia and Pedro Montalvo; brothers, Pedro and Anthony Montalvo and sister in law, Aida Montalvo. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerome Reich and brother, Raymond Montalvo.
A gathering for friends and family will be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 2-3:30 at Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha. Burial with military honors will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Gotha, Fl.
