Delia Hare Bess, 90, of Keystone Heights, Florida passed away on January 21, 2013 in Palatka, Florida. She was born on September 22, 1922 in Edenton, North Carolina to the late Janeral McChinery and Maggie Mae Hare. Survivors include her son, Joe Bess; daughter, Linda Shoemaker; sister, Adele White and two grandchildren.
