

Born on May 8, 1955, in El Paso, Texas, Diana's life journey was marked by immense strength, unwavering courage, and an abundance of love.
Growing up in Hayward, CA, Diana embraced a new life in Florida, where she found joy in exploring the world around her. A passionate traveler and nature enthusiast, she cherished her time on cruises and road trips, filling her days with laughter and adventure. She spent her final years in Ocoee, Florida, where she left an unforgettable impact on her community and loved ones.
Diana was a true embodiment of resilience. Having originally conquered breast cancer, she continued to bravely combat the illness for an additional 15 years, displaying a warrior's spirit until the end. Her indomitable will and determination were a source of inspiration for everyone around her.
Her incredibly supportive nature and selfless spirit made her a beloved member of the Publix family, where she touched countless lives with her kindness and generosity. Diana took immense pride in her family and was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Her love and generosity will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Diana leaves behind a loving family, including her sons, Michael Hiatt (and wife Sasha) and Clinton J. Hiatt (and wife Desiree), along with her 10 grandchildren. She is also survived by her devoted siblings, Alvaro “Buddy” Olivas (wife Lupe), Irene McWhorter, Ismael “Mel” Olivas (wife Triana), Lillian Grnya (husband Steve), and Angie Medina (husband Jake), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces, and great-great nephews. Diana's love and care for everyone who crossed her path will be fondly remembered.
A service to celebrate Diana's life will be held on May 24, 2024, from 2 PM to 5 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, followed by a Celebration of Life from 5 PM to 7 PM at VFW Hall in Winter Garden.
Diana's legacy of love, laughter, and boundless generosity will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
