Doris L. Stubler

Doris L. Stubler went home to be with her Lord and Savior January 28, 2016 at Orlando Regional Medical Center.Born August 3, 1933 in Durham North Carolina, the daughter of the late Jake and Pearl Lynn, she is preceded in death by brothers Tommy, Billy and Thurman Lynn, Sisters Nina Russell and Fadine Jones. Surviving is her husband of 65 years Richard R. Stubler, two daughters Donna Kobylarczyk and husband Tom of Orlando, Florida, Julia Wahlton and husband Mark of Belleville, Illinois and a son Richard Stubler Jr. of Ellwood, City PA. Her grandchildren Michael Conner of Clermont, Florida, Jennifer Stubler of Beaver Falls, PA, Jessica Ciampaglione and husband Matthew of Monaca, PA, Seth Wahlton and wife Michelle of Orlando and Spencer Wahlton of Orlando.

Great Grandchildren are Owen Conner of Clermont Florida, Adaline and Jonathan Bathgate of Beaver Falls, PA and Dominic Ciampaglione of Monaca, PA.

She was a member of The Sanctuary Church where she was loved by all. She was a greeter who made everyone feel welcome. Hundreds of people of all races and backgrounds called her "Mommy". She was truly like a mother to everyone. Her whole life was dedicated to her Lord, her church and family and friends. She was the true shining example of a Christian woman. No one ever came to her with a need that she would not try to remedy. Any New comer to her church was greeted with love, friendliness and genuine care. She and her husband hosted dozens of parties for the elderly and shut-ins, bringing them to their home for food, fellowship and love. Countless hearts are broken because we will not see her on this earth again, but great is the rejoicing for we know someday she will be greeting us in Heaven, her new home.Viewing will be held 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Sunday January 31, 2016 at Sanctuary Church.Funeral service will be held Monday at 11:00 AM at the church.
