Dorothy Mae Rister

Dorothy was born in Ferndale, Florida on September 24th, 1928 and graduated from Tavares High School. She married Willie Rister on August 15th, 1946.

She was a member of College Park Baptist Church and had a passion for sewing, fishing, reading, crafting and especially family time.

Dorothy is survived by her daughter, Emilee Rister, Marysue Rister and the Raad children. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Summer Len Davis (husband Kyle) and Shelbi Northcutt, and great grandchildren, Styles Davis, Madilyn Davis, Grady Davis and Savannah Amuroa.

She is also survived by her extended grandchildren, Chance Hall, Collin Hall, Steven Jones (wife Tiffany Perry) Sean Jones, Sydnie Jones, Samantha Howe, Bayleigh Howe, Jenna Raad and Julia Raad, and extended great grandchildren, Shaelyn, Steven, Slade, Emmaline and Jaxson.

Services will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home in Gotha, Florida, on Saturday, July 27th, at 10:00 AM.
