Edith D. Avery, 102, of Altamonte Springs, Florida passed away on February 14, 2013 at her home. She was born on December 5, 1910 in Eden, New York to the late Daniel and Ella (Lurie) Dickman. Edith was a retired secretary who volunteered at the library countless hours. In her younger years she enjoyed cooking and was a member of a bridge club. Edith is preceded in death by her husband, John. Survivors include her daughter, Jean Pellett; three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
