Eugene Francis Burke, 97, of Maitland, FL.; passed away on January 12, 2013. He was born in New York, New York on January 4, 1916 to the late Eugene and Julia Burke. He was retired from the United States Navy. Mr. Burke was predeceased by is wife Donna Lou Burke. He is survived by his son; Victor Lee Burke, daughters; Candice Burke, Michele Band, and Johanna Cobb, sisters; Eleanor Shields and Mary Spall,nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Friday January 18, 2013 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Woodlawn Funeral Home in Gotha. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday January 19, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church in Altamonte Springs. A burial will take at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
