George Andrew Faulkner, 93, of Orlando, Florida passed away on September 17, 2014. He was born on May 11, 1921 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Frederick and Edith (Oliphant) Faulkner. Mr. Faulkner was a veteran of the United States Army, served in World War II (POW) and a paratrooper in the 101st Airborne. He was a retired Director of Athletics. He is survived by his beloved wife of 14 years, Elizabeth Faulkner; sons, Steven and Dwight Faulkner; daugther, Marjorie Jackson.
