Helen Harper, 84, of Winter Garden, Florida. passed on April 17, 2012. Mrs. Harper was born in Chesapeake City, Maryland on September 24, 1927 to Nicholas and Rozalia Kulick. Mrs. Harper was predeceased by her husband Hallam N. Harper. She is survived by her daughter Karen H. Rumbley and her son Gary H. Harper; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
