Born in Seoul, Korea on April 16, 1944. InCha spent her early years as a hair stylist and shop owner until meeting her adoring husband Robert of 42 years whom she married. Along with her daughter and mother, she moved to the U.S. and created a beautiful family with her husband and her five children: Sonmi, Kim , Michele, Lynn and Bobby. InCha’s children watched their mother with admirable eyes be an extraordinary super-woman mom, a phenomenal wife, as well as a devoted daughter and daughter-in-law. She was also an amazing grandmother to grandchildren; Herman, Ethan and Ellie; the best friend anyone could wish for to her loving sister Kyong-Hui; and a wonderful aunt and great aunt to nephews Gary, Song, John and Mike. InCha always listened with an open non-judgmental heart, and offered her kind words of wisdom to those around, especially the eager ears of her family and close friends. She always held frequent gatherings celebrating holidays, birthdays or any event where smiles, laughter, and full stomachs took precedence over all else. She ensured her family remained close by creating unbreakable bonds through a tradition of an open house, warm heart, and mouth-savoring Korean dishes (including her infamous Kimchi). Through InCha’s several small businesses that included Wings-n-Things in Winter Garden and Sub Island in Orlando, she wooed the hearts and stomachs of everyone she encountered, greeting every person with her gentle smile and gracious personality. She devoted her life to the Lord and was a long time member and deacon of Orlando Central Baptist Church where she will always be remembered and missed. InCha was truly an inspiration and has left something special in the heart of every single person she has encountered throughout her beautiful life.
