

Jack Coogan Anderson, aged 94, passed away on July 29, 2024, in Jacksonville, Florida. Born on February 16, 1930, in McClellanville, South Carolina, he honorably served in the United States Air Force, dedicating years of his life to serving his country. Then earning his Bachelor and Master's Degrees in Law at John Marshall University in Atlanta Georgia. Jack was a Developer/Business Entrepreneur in a number of States including Conyers, Georgia, Ocala, Florida, St. Petersburg, FL, San Jose, Costa Rica, before returning to Florida, where he enjoyed golf.
Jack is survived by a loving family: his daughter Lynne London, sons Richard C. Anderson and William R. Anderson, daughter-in-law Barbara Meyer Anderson, daughter-in-law Karen Sennewald Anderson, grandson Michael J. Anderson, granddaughter-in-law Marcel Ostrowsky Anderson, and great-grandsons Logan A. Anderson, Tucker Anderson, and Cooper Anderson. He was preceded in death by
his devoted wife of almost 50 years, Jerrie W. Anderson.
A service to honor Jack's life and legacy will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Gotha, Florida, on August 10, 2024. Arrangements are under the care of Woodlawn Memorial Park. Jack's commitment to his family and his country will be remembered by all who knew him.
