He is survived by his wife Maylene Kritz and two sons Jon and Mark (Denise). He is also survived by two grandsons Mason and Reese and a granddaughter Kendall as well as his two sisters Sue Kimsey and Judy Simmons.
A graveside service for Jack will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734.
