Born at Tachikawa Air Force Base on January 21, 1953, Jack was the youngest of three children born to Harold and Irma Spencer who preceded him in death.
Jack is survived by his wife of 32 years, Kathy, daughter Jennifer, son Dustin and partner Cristina and grandsons Aiden and Phillip. He is also survived by his brother Ron, sister Peggy and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Jack grew up in Orlando and raised his family there. He worked for the City of Orlando until his death. Jack’s greatest accomplishment and joy was his family and he never passed up an opportunity to brag about his kids or show off a picture of his new grandson.
Jack was a Miami Dolphins fan through thick and thin, loved singing along with the Rolling Stones and rooting on the Orlando Magic. Jack never refused help to anybody who needed it and was a friend to everyone he met.
He will be missed tremendously, but the love he shared and the memories he made during his life will be a comfort to all those who knew him.
