She graduated from Moscow High School.
Janet married Ted Williams on September 8, 1956.
She was a payroll clerk for Orange County Police and Fire.
She was a member of The Kirkman Road United Methodist Church and had a passion for singing and Calvary Assembly of God concert choir.
Janet is survived by her son, Harold T. Willimas, Jr. and Jan Williams; grandchildren, Harold T. Williams III, Johnathon Williams, Simon Williams, Noah Williams and Jenna Williams, and her great granddaughter, Emma Williams.
