Joseph William Odebraski Jr., 90, loved by his wife Darlene for more than 61 years of marriage passed away in the early morning hours of Wednesday, April 19, 2023. In his final moments he wasn’t in pain and was comforted with loved ones. Joseph (JoJo to many) the handsome, calm, gentle, hardworking man who always offered and provided will be missed by many. Think of him whenever you enjoy a scoop or two of ice cream, a bacon cheeseburger or one of his favorite breakfasts; eggs over easy atop of french toast with sausage. Joseph enjoyed the friends and friendships he made over the years, a morning exercise class, afternoon music and creating something in art class with or for his daughter Shelly.
Born is Sturgeon Lake Village, MN. Like his father, a skilled carpenter and custom home builder, he raised his family with the love of his life in the Twin Cities and moved to Orlando in 1988. He was our foundation and a devoted family provider. His love for travel, country music, and dancing gave him much joy. The dedication and admiration Joseph shared with Darlene, his “Twee” is a true love story valued by all. He will be missed and forever cherished.
Survived by his children Debra Odebraski – Floeder, husband Timothy, children Rachel, Andrew and David in Minnesota. Diane (Odebraski) Theobald, husband Allan, children Jason and (Merissa), Kaydee and Jolene, great grandchildren Vincent, Camila, Karder, and Kailyi in Texas; Michele (Odebraski) Cromwell and her husband Christopher in Orlando.
