Keith Donovan Obrian Chung

Keith Donovan Obrian Chung, age 73, of Minneola, Florida passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2025. He was born in Anchovy, St. James, Jamaica, WI on March 15, 1952 to parents, Leslie Roy Chung and Daphne Dean Denton Chung. He attended Mount Alvernia Preparatory School in Montego Bay until the family relocated to Kingston. He then attended Wolmers Preparatory School. After elementary school he attended Meadowbrook High School. After Keith graduated from high school, he did one year at the College of Arts, Science and Technology where he began studying mechanics. he gave that up and went to work for Grace Kennedy & Co., where he met the love of his life Cheryl Levy. They dated for two years, then he popped the question. The couple married on July 3, 1976, and migrated to the United States on January 3, 1977.

The couple has 3 children, Kristy Chung, Gillian Miller and Ryan Chung. Here is the US, Keith fulfilled one of his dreams by owning 5 semi trucks. he always drove one as he always said "Diesel runs in my veins."

Keith leaves behind his loving wife of 49 years, 3 children, daughter in law Juila Chung, son in law, Clive Miller, 7 grandchildren. Brothers, Karl and Howard and sisters, Joy, Lorna and Maureen. Many cousins and great friends, some of whom will miss their conversations about their favorite sports, cricket, track and field, and basketball. Keith, you will be missed by us all but will live in our hearts forever. Always and forever until we meet again my love.

A visitation for Keith will be held Friday, August 29, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734. A funeral service will occur Saturday, August 30, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Church of the Ascension, 4950 S Apopka Vineland Rd, Orlando, FL 32819.
