Khuan Take Garcia

Khuan was born in Thailand to Boon and Porn Hermhurg, who shared 6 children together, 2 boys and 4 girls.

As a young woman, Khuan met and married Hector N. Garcia and they remained deeply committed to each other until his untimely passing in May 2022. They were married for 57 years and shared 4 children together. Khuan loved to travel with her husband, and playing cards with her grandchildren. She was an avid gardener with the ability to bare fruit or flowers from anything she planted, something the entire neighborhood would enjoy. She was a devoted homemaker and served as primary sitter for her grandchildren as babies. She proudly took great care of her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren over the years.

After battling dementia for over 7 years, the long goodbye has come to an end. Khuan is finally at peace to enjoy a reunion with her husband and true love, Hector.

Khuan is survived by her daughters Siriwan (Michael), Linda and Susie (Paul), her grandchildren Marcilas(Jasmine), Malik, Michal, Mariska and Ian, and great grandchildren Marhianna, Hailey, Jace and Ahnalee. She is preceded in passing by her loving husband Hector, her only son Philip, mother Boon and father Porn.

The funeral service will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home in Gotha, Florida on Saturday, October 11th, 2025. Visitation will begin at 10am, immediately followed by a service at 11am.
