Linda Brandt

Linda Brandt of Overture Dr. Phillips, 6410 Sand Lake Sound Rd., Orlando, FL, passed away unexpectedly on 3/8/2024 at Orlando Regional Medical Center.

Linda was born on 9/24/1941 in Philadelphia, PA. She was the daughter of Harry and Bella Barrish.

Linda married her loving husband Ronald Brandt on 12/19/1973. Linda shared her passion for travel having worked as a Travel Agent for many years prior to her retirement. Linda was passionate about cruising, fine dining, attending shows at the Dr. Phillips Center as well the Winter Park Playhouse and enjoyed her membership with the Red Hat Society. Linda cherished time with her friends and with her daughter Hope Atwell. Most importantly, Linda loved spending time with her grandson Bryan Barbieri whom she was extremely proud of.

Linda was a beloved Bubbie, mother, mother-in-law, and friend. She will be missed by all she knew. Linda was preceded in death by her loving husband of 39 years, Ronald Brandt. Survivors include her daughter Hope, Hope’s husband Thomas Miller, and her grandson Bryan Barbieri. Calling hours will be Wednesday, 3/13/2024, from 10 AM to 11 AM at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home followed by a graveside side service with Officiant Karin Hill.

Those attending that service are welcome to attend a reception and share their memories of Linda at the Funeral Home immediately after the service. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to the American Heart Association. Linda’s family would also like to recognize the amazing care Linda received from ORMC’s ICU staff during her final days.

A celebration of life service for Linda will be held Wednesday, March 13, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, March 13, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734. A reception will occur Wednesday, March 13, 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734.
