On November 29th, 1974, the life of the party Malinda Vanessa Sweeting was born. Surrounded by family, Malinda Sweeting (affectionately called Ninnie) transitioned to her heavenly home on May 26th, 2023.
Malinda worked as a loan officer at National Workers Co-Operative Credit Union Ltd. for over a decade. Her formative years were spent in Nassau, The Bahamas where she was known as a generous, funny, loving, and all-around good person to all who knew her. She constantly demonstrated her love for people and utilized her unique ability to make everyone feel special. Malinda’s soul radiated; she was a blessing to everyone who had the opportunity of being in her presence. On November 17th, 2022, Malinda came to Orlando, Florida seeking medical attention where she was diagnosed with breast and brain cancer. Her final act of kindness was the gift of vision through corneal donation.
