Born: Nov. 15, 1907 in Bluefield, WV, died Dec. 5, 2011 in Orlando, FL. She is preceded in death by her husband Carl C. Foy of Davy, WV, died 1991. She is survived by two children: Shirley Foy Powell, Bernard (Bud) Earl Foy Sr., wife Peggy Foy, 5 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. She owned and operated Foy's Texaco Station of Bluewell, WV. Her affiliations included: Order of the Eastern Star, 50+years and Pine Castle United Methodist Church.
