May graduated from Maryknoll School in 1963. She married Paul Kam on February 1, 1975.
She had a career in the airline industry for Philipine Airlines, National Airlines, TWA, Pan Am, and Delta.
May was a member of the Guan Ming Temple. She had a passion for helping others, traveling, and shopping.
May is survived by her loving daughter; Vannessa Kam and siblings, Chie Ching Poon, Chie Wan Poon and Louise Van.
The funeral service will take place at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, located at 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734, United States, on October 10, 2025, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
