Descansa en Paz pues has Volado Alto y llegaste a tu Ultima Parada...Your Final Approach!

Our beloved Omara passed away peacefully after a battle with the condition of pulmonary fibrosis which she had been suffering from since she was diagnosed in 2016.
Throughout her treatment she was cared for by very good specialists, doctors, nurses with excellent treatments and medications that matched her condition. She was even treated with alternative medicine which provided her with a lot of peace of mind.
She never lost Trust, Faith and Hope in our Heavenly Father who decided to call her into his Presence at dawn on January 16, 2023 at Advent Health Hospital, leaving a very large void in our Hearts.
Omara was born in Puerto Cortes, Honduras on April 12, 1950, the daughter of Digna Emerita Aguilar and Jesus Inocente Ortega, being the fourth daughter of 18 children in total. She characterized herself as a very loving, respectful and concerned daughter of her parents, brothers, sisters, nephews, and nieces. She began working from a very young age to help her parents and siblings.
Omara emigrated to the United States in 1979 where she began to work with dignity and although in the beginning she faced the barriers of learning a new language, that was not an impediment to continue moving forward and attaining the dream of becoming an American Citizen in March of 1995, carrying with much Pride and Love this new achievement. She passed on her message by helping numerous people, friends and relatives who had the same dream.
She enjoyed working in the Maintenance Department for the Orlando Airport and the Orlando Florida Executive Airport for 35 years, retiring in 2016 due to her new physical condition which she had to attend to.
She is survived by 6 sisters and 5 brothers, an aunt, nieces, nephews, many friends, but above all her Unconditional Friend Brenda Midence.
Omara always shared her Positive attitude, Trust in God and so great advice, as well as some scolding since she always wanted the best for all her loved ones without any interest in return.
We will remember her as a Warrior, because that was what she showed us until her last moments of life where, even without physical power, she communicated by calls and text messages to remind us of things that we should do for our well-being.
She left calmly and in peace and we are sure that she is in the hands of our Creator, enjoying with her parents and the rest of our family who left before us.
Rest in Peace because you have flown high and you reached your last stop...Your Final Approach!
