

She graduated from William L. Dickinson High School in 1975. She married George Fischer on June 27, 1981.
Her career first started out in Mayland as a teacher with Head Start and later became Head Start Parent Advocate. Then she became the owner and operator of her own Travel Agency, “American Travel Agency” from Bradenton, Florida for 15 years. She loved to cruise and went over 70 cruises. Always liked to be the first or second sailing of new ships.
Even before her career and well after retiring she started up many groups, most important was the “Young Hearts South” that she started in Toms River, NJ, giving support to parents with children with heart conditions. With this group she did lots of fund raising to assure parents had funds needed for medical procedures. After retiring, she created social groups known as “Jersey Girls Living in Lake County: and when she moved to Manatee County in 2022, created “Jersey Girls Living in Manatee County”, up till a week before her passing they were meeting every other month for lunch.
Rose Ann is survived by her husband, George; son, Michael; and siblings, Peter Mancini, Angela Isenburg, Michelle Stacey and Bernadette Rossman. She was preceded in death by her loving daughter, Catherine (Cathy) Fischer.
