Tulsie Sookdeo, 75, of Apopka, Florida passed away on June 5, 2015 at the Hospice of the Comforter-Hospice House in Altamonte Springs, Florida. He was born February 2, 1940 in Lenora, Guyana to the late Sookdeo and Sumaria Outar. Tulsie was a retired telecom technician in the telecommunications industry. He was a self taught expert in multiple areas including real estate, politics, investments, religion and philosophy. He loved to know how things worked and enjoyed fixing things around the house. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Husan "Star" Sookdeo; son, Hemchand K. Sookdeo; daughters, Dolly Sookdeo and Leila Abdullah; brother, Harry Narine (Sookdeo) and six grandchildren.
