Vance Lee Carter, 85, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Wednesday February 25, 2015. Vance was born in Alliance, Ohio on November 28, 1929 to the late Glen and Marietta Carter. Vance was a U.S. Navy Veteran having served in the Korean War. Vance retired from Lockheed Martin from the Human Resources Department. Vance was preceded in death by his brother James Carter. He is survived by daughter, Linda Hartman (Daniel), step son, Michael Gaule (Mitsuko), brother, Wayne Carter, sister, Patricia Marcuri (Drosis) grandchildren, Jessica and Scott Hartman.
