

Virginia Eleanor Henderson, 96, of Roswell, Georgia died February 21, 2012. Mrs. Henderson moved to Roswell in 1999. She worked with her husband, Thomas Dixon Henderson at Dry Cleaners and Laundry Supply of Orlando, Florida and they both retired together. She was a member of Perimeter Presbyterian Church of America and was a veteran of the U. S. Coast Guard, SPARS, during WWII. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Thomas in 2006 and by her parents, Diana Pricer Edwards and Victor Pricer along with four sisters, Florence Kronz, Margaret Rowland, Helen Schofield, Rachel Hold and brother, Victor Pricer. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Donna J. and R. Wayne Johns and daughter, Christy L. Dye of Roswell, GA; grandson, Thomas M. and April M. Dye; and three great-grandchildren, Jordan Thomas Dye, Alexa Diana Dye, and Brendon Steven Dye of Woodstock, GA. She is also survived by nieces, Nadine Nesbitt, Waxhaw, NC and Betty Foreman, Lutz, FL, and Jean Rampy, Vicksburg, MS; and nephews, Bill Schofield, Orlando, FL and David Schofield, Manitou Springs, CO. Funeral services will be held in Orlando, FL, Friday, February 24, at 2:00 PM in the Woodlawn Funeral Home Chapel with internment to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park where she will again be joined with her beloved Thomas. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 PM-2:00 PM at the funeral home.
