William Robert Kelley, 74, of Apopka, Florida passed away November 26, 2021. William was born in Clifton, Tennessee to the late Mrs. Martha (nee; Bailey) and Mr. Bill Kelley. William proudly worked for the Tennessee Valley Authority for 30 years and he proudly served in the United States Army. He belonged to the American Legion and was a member of the DAV, before moving to Florida, 2 years ago.
William is survived by his loving wife; Mary (nee; Taylor) Kelley, and his children, Kimberly Kelley Holman (Sherman), Gayland Kelley and Leland Kelley (Lashandra). His brother, Bill L. Kelley, and grandchildren; Telor, Jurvaz, Karris, Zoey, Leland Jr., Natavia, Keyante, Zayvion, Leah, Avani, Carlee; his two great-grandchildren; Carter and Jordan and niece Ayanna , nephew Brian and a host of other nieces and nephews.
