BROWN, Bonnie Lee – Age 83, of Davison, died Sunday, July 8, 2012 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Brown was born May 2, 1929 in Flint the daughter of Lavrene and Mildred (Sprague) Van Gilder. She was a member of St. Andrews Church. Mrs. Brown was an active bowler for over 30 years, enjoyed playing Bingo at React and was a member of the Motor City Eagles. Bonnie was a cook at Kearsley High School and worked at Termsted for 16 years. Surviving are her children, Ray (Debbie) Brown, Gary (Mary Ann) Brown, Allen (Nancy) Brown, Vickie Wilkins; 10 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; brother, Jimmy Van Gilder; sisters, Betty Rutherford, Viola Boyd, Deanna Forbes. Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by her husband, Harold R. Brown and her brother, Lavrene Van Gilder. Friends may visit the family from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Brown Funeral Home, 1480 E. Hill Rd., Grand Blanc, MI. The Funeral Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at the funeral home. Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell will officiate. Burial will follow at Flint Memorial Park.
